Haven Realty Capital is an owner and operator of management intensive rental housing; based in Los Angeles, the firm is focused on stabilizing local neighborhoods by converting foreclosed homes into a new alternative of rental housing for a growing class of American renters.

Our team combines technical real estate skills with sophisticated process and operations management backgrounds developed at some of the world's most admired organizations. We view the Single Family Rental space primarily as an operating business and, as a result, we have spent significant time and capital to research, develop and build the infrastructure necessary to achieve institutional scale within the space.

HISTORY
Haven Realty Capital was founded in 2009 by Sudha Reddy and Eric Gutshall to opportunistically acquire, stabilize and manage distressed residential properties in working class neighborhoods. The strategy provides a valid financial opportunity due to strong current yield metrics and the potential for future value appreciation. Equally as important, execution of the strategy aids in the stabilization of local neighborhoods and provides a viable and effective solution to the U.S. housing crisis.
